Zaid Ali T’s wife counter back at social media trolls calling her ‘fat, dark and ugly’
Pakistani-Canadian humorist Zaid Ali T and his life partner Yumnah are as of now in Pakistan. The renowned couple has been keeping us refreshed on their whereabouts by means of internet based life, as they venture to every part of the nation and we are in wonderment! Well… the majority of us…
As far back as the couple got married a year ago, Yumnah has been exposed to social media trolling over her skin shading. Zaid has himself gone up against the maltreatment head on and reacted to haters beforehand, his better half had never truly tended to the issue as of not long ago.
“Read a comment today on my photo which said your wife is ugly because of her dark skin” It’s so upsetting how most of Pakistanis can’t even embrace their own skin color”
On a recent post on Instagram, Yumnah opened up about body shaming in a thought-provoking post. She shared an old picture of herself with a recent one and wrote,
“When I was five, my family immigrated to Canada. This is a picture of me at the age of 10. Growing up, I was never made to feel ‘fat or ‘dark’ because my family and the people around me never made me feel that way.
, “The culture in Canada is such that you are not judged based on your appearance, skin colour, or cast but how you act.”
Yumnah further included that she was the primary body disgraced when she visited Pakistan in 1999.
then I decided to talk to mother about this. “She (my mother) said, ‘Yumnah, don’t focus on what other people are saying. Your skin is something you can’t change. Just remember it’s always about how you carry yourself. And always carry yourself with confidence!”
Soon after Zaid supported his wife on tweet,
“I am so proud of my wife, Yumnah. She’s always been confident about who she is and despite the negativity she received, she always had a positive attitude.”Disclaimer:We do not allow users to post content which is copyright and We take strict actions against the users who post infringement content on our website.Although we do not host any content, users post embed videos from youtube, facebook, Dailymotion and Vimeo and are moderated before posting but we still take strict action against the copyright videos posted. If you are an official representative of any company whose videos are posted illegally on our website or you think some video infringe the copyright then you can simply send an email to email@example.com
