After it was announced by L’Oreal that Mahira Khan will be attending the 71st Cannes Film Festival as an official representative from Pakistan it was bound to cause excitement amongst the peers. But what was probably unexpected was that Sonam Kapoor, Bollywood actress who happened to get married recently, expressed her excitement over meeting and hanging out with Mahira at Cannes.

Mahira tweeted the Indian actress:

We cannot wait to see how the actresses will wow the French and us along with them when they appear at the prestigious film festival. We also can’t wait to see the two hanging out and having a grand time together in the French riviera.
