A makeup artist’s life is in their professional makeup bags and kits. Losing it would mean losing years worth of collection of products and tools that they make their living with. So you can imagine the horror of Priscilla Ono, who is Fenty Beauty’s global makeup artist and works with celebrities like Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, Paris Hilton etc., when she lost her makeup luggage after flying. She posted a call for help on her Instagram:

“@KLM airlines has lost both my kit luggages with my entire work life in them! They have yet to contact me. I have filed a report but I cannot get in touch with anyone. Today I waited 40min on hold and then the phone hung up,” she wrote, “This is so frustrating not to mention so sad. I have tools in there for the past 14 years that are irreplaceable!”

Rihanna, seeing her friend and makeup artist in despair, swooped in to help:

The singer then directly asked the airlines to promptly help her friend with her lost luggage:

And of course, they listened because who could refuse the Queen RiRi herself?

Priscilla posted the update on her Instagram, proving once again that Rihanna can do anything.

Update: I received my kits 🙏🏼😭🙌🏼 Still don’t know what exactly happened, all I know is as soon you all had my back I got a message saying the bags were on their way🤔 Im so grateful for friends like you!
