Review: Incredibles 2 Woots for The Feminist Superhero
The Incredible family returns to make us smile and love our relationships once again.
SW: Spoiler warning! Yes I just created that word. If you haven’t watched the cutest movie of the year so far and is planning to watch it then read this review after. But don’t forget to read it.
The Inredibles 2 is truly beautiful and you are going to love Jack Jack. The film this time focuses on the female lead Elastigirl Mrs Helen Parr. The movie empowers her and tells her that she can do much more than babysitting and its not her only job. She can be perfect in both, saving the world and saving the family.
Whereas on the other hand the Mr. Incredible – Bob Parr take care of the family and does a sisterly-act for his wife. Although, it is shown that his ego stops him to confess that she is better superhero than him. He also finds it difficult to accept that the people want Elastigirl more than him. But as a loving dad after few failed attempts he learns to take care of the family.
Moreover, the character of the Jack Jack will make you laugh like a child. In this chapter the Jack Jack’s character is all about exploring his superpowers. Yes ‘powers’ because they are many, last count I kept was 17. He can fire laser with his eyes, becomes fire, replicate himself, penetrates through any kind of wall, can go to another dimension etc etc.
Well the other two kids are not behind as well. In this part the kids save the day as Elastigirl and Mr. Incredible both get hypnotized. The film also introduce some other superheroes as part of legalizing the Superheroes again which is the main theme of the plot.
The movie is going to make you all “Aww’ and your jaw will hurt laughing. This is a must watch! And yes don’t forget to watch The Incredibles before you watch the part 2.
