Research shows that technology hurt students

According to the new research, students having access to the laptops in classes have negative effects.
Giving Laptops, I-pads and e-books in the classes effect students in the class room.
Whereas, on the contrary if we keep this technology in the hands of teacher the result is positive.
These are the findings of a major report by the consulting firm McKinsey on the performance of 15-year-old students across Europe.
This is the analysis forum by the Programme for International Student Assessment-PISA.
The findings may help rethink school for usaing technology in the classroom.
On the otherside technology can support student learning outside the school, but the record inside the school was mixed.
“In some countries, adding one teacher computer per classroom had more than 10 times the impact on improving educational performance of adding a student computer to that same classroom”
Giving students access to e-books, tablet computers and laptops inside the classroom was associated with significantly lower educational performance in the review.
