The Canadian (and soon to be American) singer serenaded Hailey Baldwin outside Buckingham Palace in London on Tuesday. Dressed in his best tie-dyed busking hoodie, Justin crooned along to his song Cold Water in front of the model and gathered crowds. The Bieb’s attempts can been seen below, just before he segues into busker’s fave Wonderwall.

Its still very much hotly-debated whether the pair have married in secret. “They just went off and got married!”, said actor Alec Baldwin – Hailey’s uncle – on the red carpet at the Emmys.
