It is none other than Anupam Kher who will be honoured with Lifetime Achievement Award at IIFA 2018. The awards ceremony will take place in Bangkok on June 24th.

Kher is extremely humbled at his achievement. He said, “Thank you IIFA for acknowledging my achievements in Cinema. I am privileged to be a part of our film industry, which has been so generous in the showing of love and warmth upon me.”

“With every such award comes a sense of responsibility which I promise to be committed to, in our industry and also, as a representative of our country in the international arena,” he added.

Anupam has done a range of great roles in bollywood movies. He is also known for hosting a child show “Say Na Something to Anupam Uncle.” Some of his famous movies are, A Wednesday, Hum Apke Hain Kon?, DDLJ, Special 26 and others.

The 63-year-old actor, who has appeared in over 500 films is a recipient of two Indian National Film Awards and eight Filmfare Awards; he has also held the post of chairman of the Central Board of Film Certification and the National School of Drama in India.

We heartily congratulate one of the biggest and oldest actors of Bollywood on this achievement.
