Frozen 2: Release Date, New Characters, Plot Details and More
The sequel to the critically-acclaimed and worldwide phenomenon, Frozen, is one of the most anticipated movies of this decade. Set to release on November 27th in 2019 in US cinemas, Frozen 2 has been getting its fan base riled up by slowly sharing details and snippets regarding the story line or characters.
With the main cast set to return to lend their voices once again to their famous roles including Kristen Bell as Anna, Idina Menzel as Ice Queen Elsa, Josh Gad as Olaf and Jonathan Groff as Kristoff. But the fan-favorite characters will be joined by some fresh faces as well that Kristen Bell has teased people would fall in love with.
The story line is still being kept a secret but that hasn’t stopped fans from theorizing and coming up with their assumptions as to what the next step in the lives of these Norwegian lovable people would be. People have wondered what the character of Elsa will be like now that she is on the path to be more open and welcoming to new relationships.
The production started back in September of 2017 but the details are being kept hush hush. The Olaf short that was released in 2015 titled “Frozen Fever” dealt with the sisters celebrating Christmas together with the doors to their castle open for the first time. People have been speculating what the fate of characters like Anna and Elsa will be but we will find out for sure once more details are released or when the official trailer drops.
