Coronavirus: trial begins of mobile app to track infections – BBC News
An app for mobile phones aimed at tracing the spread of coronavirus is to be tried out on the Isle of Wight, before being rolled out more widely across the UK. Between 50-60% of the population will need to use the software for it to be effective.
Meanwhile the number of people being treated in hospital for coronavirus infection is continuing to fall.
And businesses have been responding to government proposals for how workplaces can safely reopen when the lockdown is eased.
