It was recently revealed that MQM’s founder Altaf Hussain has lost his sister. Tahira Begum passed away due to sickness that she was being treated for a long time now. She passed away while she was in Karachi. Tahira Begum was the third sibling of Altaf Hussain, and had already lost her husband.

Many people have expressed their condolences for Altaf Hussain and his family during such a hard time. She has been buried in a local cemetery. May her soul rest in peace.
