Ask them what they expect from you for the next ten, thirty or sixty days in the job.
4. Describe the environment of the office.
The more you learn about the office and its people, the easier you will be able to settle in quickly.
5. What is in the future for the company?
Ask them what they expect to happen in the next five years so you can get an idea of their vision.
6. What or who is your biggest competitor?
Knowing about the company that is competing for the one you apply for will teach you more about them and what is the quality of their brand.
7. What are the biggest challenges and opportunities the company is facing right now?
By knowing about the company’s challenges and opportunities will help you grow in it quicker and help you adjust.
8. What is your favorite thing about this company?
Asking the person about their own opinion on the company will let you get an idea of what it is really about and tell you things you cannot find in a job description.
9. How am I compared to other candidates who applied for this position?
It will let you know how you are doing in the interview process and how you can improve to get the job.
10. What kind of career path would I have in this job?
Learning about how the company promotes their employees will give you an idea of how you will do and how much you will progress.
