Review: Sanju – Why it is a Must Watch!
Yesterday I went to watch Sanju, after being excited about it for a whole week. I had really high expectations from the movie and trust me I was not disappointed even an inch.
From story to acting to direction and to cinematography I loved it all. I would say the movie was 10/10. Let’s talk about the story first. Since it was a biopic it had to be real and reflect the life of our Sanju Baba – Sanjay Dutt and trust me Dutt’s life has the most dramatic and inspiring story ever.
I fell in love with Ranbir’s acting once again. No one could have done a better job than this guy. The emotions he had added to the script is what gives the movie the real feel. Moreover, he completely nailed all the looks from Sanjay Dutt’s life, especially the Munna Bhai look.
If we talk about the songs, one is my absolute favourite, Kar Har Maidan Fateh, in the movie the timings of this song is as such it will make you cry. I am spoiling it for you, the song has shown Sanjay’s mother played by Manisha Koirala singing this song after he breaks down and runs from the rehab centre in search of drugs.
The movie is three hours long and worth every minute. I am completely in love with Ranbir Kapoor and of course, Anushka Sharma, her new look, blue eyes and short brown curls, looks gorgeous on her.
I haven’t spoiled the story for you but the story has a lesson and many people especially young people who have become addicted to drugs or somehow think that their fathers do not appreciate them this movie is for them to learn. And for everyone who has done mistakes in past, it is a reminder that life is not over yet and you are not finished!
