Meesha Shafi is Not Obliged to Appear in Court?
Meesha Shafi is not obliged to appear in courts, said Ahmed Pansota, legal representative of Shafi.
After Ali Zafar filed a defamation suit against Meesha Shafi in reply of her sexual harassment allegation, it was in the news that Meesha have to appear in the courts. However, her legal representative Ahmed Pansota said, ” “Meesha is not obliged to appear in court right now. She can be represented through her legal counsel.”
Express Tribune posted earlier today that they have received a notice in which “Meesha is yet to receive notice sent by Ali.” The court has ordered Ali to resend the notice, and show evidence of the summon being received by Shafi.

Moreover, the fans and supporters haven’t heard from Meesha for a while now and they are having mixed feelings now. The supporters are waiting for her to communicate with them on Twitter or any platform. The reason of her absence might be the court orders. She was asked not to make any derogatory remarks against Ali.
