Life of Michael Jackson to be Made Into Musical
The life of Michael Jackson is set out to be made into a musical that is to premiere on Broadway. The play will incorporate the King of Pop’s songs and will be written by Lynn Nottage.
Producers of the musical announced that it is set to premiere by 2020. However, the title has not been revealed yet. The play will not only incorporate the late Michael’s music but will also include his famous moved choreographed by Christopher Wheeldon, a prominent force in ballet.
Jackson found stardom in his childhood as part of The Jackson 5 before achieving unprecedented success as a solo artist, with his 1982 Thriller remaining the top-selling album of all time.
Jackson died due to over dosage of Propofol, a powerful anesthetic administered by his personal doctor to help him sleep. The singer had been acquitted four years earlier of allegations of child molestation, which he strenuously denied.
